Fergus Falls Senior - Joe

Back again on the blog with another amazing senior session! Working with Joe was super fun and I am so excited to be sharing his images. When Joe’s mom originally reached out I was so excited to hear that he wanted to do pictures at a family friend’s house. This year I have not done a single senior session at a public location, like how cool is that?! That means every senior has unique images with backgrounds from somewhere special to them! Don’t get me wrong, public places have some incredible gems to them, but it is literally so exciting for me as a photographer to get to explore new places and see the places you seniors find cool or choose to have your pictures done at. So there’s my every-blog-post rant about how cool locations are.

Now onto Joe, it was so fun getting to know this guy. He was telling me about all the activities he’s been involved in and wow this guy is busy! The one thing he talked about the most though, is that he races drones. Like how cool is that to be a drone racer in high school? He also told me that he plans on going to college for drone aviation at UND and that is so cool. As someone who does not understand drones at all (but would love to learn how to fly one for my business), it was just so fascinating to hear Joe talk about it and to learn from him. There are so many routes you can take with drones it was a little mind-blowing what you can do. So it was super cool learning about them from Joe. He also told me how he started the drone flying club at his school. Which is so inpsiring, I wish I was cool enough to start a club at my school about something I was passionate about. Learning about Joe was so cool and this guy is really going places after hearing how driven he is about the things he likes. I loved getting to learn from Joe and I am so excited to share his images today.
